Marketforce's Operations teams manage the flow of data to our wholesale partners, ensuring issue information and individual wholesale order levels are communicated in both an accurate and timely manner. Our Operations staff are also responsible for the management and audit of wholesale returns claims, and can call upon our own wholesale audit team to monitor the accuracy of wholesale claims and the effectiveness of wholesale systems and processes.

The management of our carrier network and the smooth flow of magazines to wholesale and overseas agents are the responsibility of our Logistics and Distribution team. Through the use of electronic dispatch, information flows and web-based progress tracking, our distribution accuracy levels are the envy of the industry. Most importantly of all, we ensure our publisher clients do not miss out on all-important sales opportunities through the timely and accurate delivery of products.
