TONY ATTRIDGE

TRADE DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING MANAGER

Tony joined Marketforce and the newstrade industry in 1989; prior to this his experience was within supermarket store management. As part of Tony’s role he is responsible for ensuring that the Marketforce Retail Sales team plan effectively within retailer’s time frames. This area focuses specifically on the annual planning process, which involves yearly forward planning to help forecast performance, block book promotional vehicles, and utilise key sales toolkits such as seasonal sector schedules.
 

Tony and his team also support the management of the Retail team’s business workload, and production of sales kits to facilitate the retail team during the selling-in process. Furthermore, the team are committed to the continuing development and maintenance of our Retail Sales interface with Quartz, Marketforce’s cutting edge promotion and allocation system, promoting best practise and consistency of information to the Retail Sales team.
